Loki is 2 years and 9 months and she pulls so hard on the leash every time we go out. My arm hurts and I cannot walk her near the BTS station because people get scared. I use a normal collar. I tried stopping and waiting but it takes so long. What works best?

Harness is the first thing, collar pulling hurts there neck. Then when she pulls, stop walking, no talking, wait until the leash is loose. Reward when she walks by your side. It takes time, around 2-3 weeks of daily practice. Also dont walk at peak hour when she is excited, go early morning.
Me too! I think is the same with my friend dog. Try treat in front of you, when she look at you give treat. And also loose leash on the walk, you walk fast, she will catch up. Good luck can not do it fast.
Use a front clip harness and walk in the same direction often so she learns you lead. Short walks are better than long ones when she is excited. I took about 1 month with my shih tzu.
