Two dogs in a 40 sqm condo in Bang Bon. Matcha is the younger one and very pushy. Loki is old but still gets angry and growls, and sometimes snaps when Matcha comes near her food. I don't want to separate them all the time. Is it normal for an old dog to get grumpy like this?

Like our 2 cats. Separate food stations worked for us even though they are dogs. Give Loki her own quiet bed where Matcha cannot go. Walk them separately for a bit each day so each one gets your full attention, that helped a lot in our house.
Sounds like resource guarding. Feed them in separate rooms and pick up bones and toys fast. Dont punish Loki for growling, thats her warning, you want to keep it so she dont bite. Also a 9 year old dachshund might be in pain (back?) so a vet check is good. Thier age plays a part too.
