first time at grooming for cheddar

Cheddar is 10 and 3/4 now and I never took him to grooming before, my mom always did it at home with the clipper. But she is in Ubon now so I had to find a place myself. Its near my condo in Phra Khanong, a small shop with 2 staff and a big bath tub.

He was so scared at the door, he shake and try to go back to the car. The groomer was very patient, gave him a treat every 5 min. Took about 2 hours. They cut his hair short on the body and left the face long, now he look like a grandpa.

Price was 600 baht with the bath, the nail cut is extra. I think it's fair but alot of places in my soi charge more.

When he came home he sleep on the sofa for 3 hours and then wake up and sneeze 10 times. Mom said this is normal after grooming, dont worry. I dont think I will take him myself next time, maybe I wait for mom to come back. Still I have to learn how to do it at least a bit, ther is no money for every 2 weeks.
