Tip: for old dogs use wide steps or a ramp with grip. An orthopaedic bed helps a lot too, Oscar sleeps much better now.

For older dogs ask vet about omega-3, my Pla is 11 and it helped her coat and joints. Weight control is the biggest thing though.
