sandy has been home for 6 days

Sandy came to our home on Wednesday. She is about 4 months old, very small, and she already knows how to open the bedroom door with her paw. I was not expecting that.

I am sorry for writing so much. I am still new to Thai cat forums and I am a little nervous about doing it right. Please forgive me if this is too long.

The first night she hid behind the washing machine and did not come out. My husband and I sat on the floor for two hours, talking to her quietly. Finally she came to eat her food, very politly, one piece at a time.

Now she sleeps on my pillow. I know this is not recomended but she is so warm and makes a little sound when she is happy. The Scottish Fold ears are soft like cloth. I touched them many times today.

In the morning the aircon is cold so she goes to the window to sit in the sun, which is very important in Bang Na because it is so hot outside. I put a small cushion there for her.
