Lucky 2

still putting out two bowls

Ethan8 August 2026·1 min read

Old habit, I guess. Every evening I still put out a bowl that nobody eats from. Oishi sniffs it, looks at me like I have lost it, and goes back to his bed.

Biscuit would have cleaned that bowl in two seconds. Lucky 2 is only a puppy and she thinks the spare bowl is a toy, which at least makes me smile.

I know I should stop. I haven't yet.

    เข้าใจเลยค่ะ ตอนมังโกยังเด็กเราก็วางชามไว้แบบนี้เหมือนกัน ทั้งที่ไม่มีใครกิน

I would keep the bowl for a while, its ok. But I agree you should stop eventually, dogs adapt quickly.
