walking in the heat, choco is fine

Its 36 degree in San Sai today so I walk Matcha only in the early morning, 6 am. The road is so hot by 8 the dog cant put feet down. Matcha is not happy but she need the exercise anyway.

Choco is my gecko, he stays in the terrarium, I keep the temperature at 30 with the heat mat. He not come out in heat, just sit under the hide box all day like a rock.

I think I make the mistake last week, I took Matcha for walk at 2pm and she come home with burnt paws. The vet said keep her inside the air con for 2 days. Now I always check the road with hand before walk.

The gecko no care about the heat, he just want the worms.
