Brownie shedding everywhere, how often to brush?

Brownie is shedding so much that my whole condo has fur. I brush her maybe once a week but it seems not enough. I don't want to cut her coat short, she looks weird when she gets shaved. Any routine that works for you?

   Brownie will shed in cycles, usually spring and autumn. Brush with a rake 2-3 times a week during that time, then once a week otherwise. A bath with dog shampoo every 3-4 weeks helps loosen the loose hair, just dry her fully after. Feed a good omega fish oil, or check her diet with a vet because lots of shedding can be skin or food related. Don't shave a double coat dog, the coat won't come back right.

   Brownie look so cute, my friend dog also shedding much in rainy season. She use the rubber brush, its very easy to remove hair. Maybe you can bath more often but dont use human shampoo, it dry the skin.

   Shedding is what it is, don't expect it to stop. Get a vacuum with a pet head attachment, and a lint roller for the couch. The mess is smaller when you brush outside or over a towel.
