พาน้อง Mint นั่งรถทางไกลครั้งแรก ต้องเตรียมอะไรบ้าง

เดือนก่อนผมพาน้อง Mint แมวขนสั้นทั่วไปวัยสี่เดือนกว่า ขับรถจากกรุงเทพฯ ขึ้นเขาใหญ่ เป็นครั้งแรกที่เขาต้องนั่งรถนานขนาดนั้น ก่อนออกเดินทางผมงดอาหารให้สามชั่วโมง แล้วเอาผ้าที่มีกลิ่นบ้านใส่ไว้ในกระเป๋า เลือกกระเป๋าแบบมีฝาเปิดด้านบนเพราะเขาไม่ชอบโดนยัดเข้าทางประตู
ช่วงแรกเขาร้องเกือบตลอดทาง พอแวะปั๊มก็ให้น้ำทีละนิดกันเมารถ ผมไม่เปิดกระจกเลย เพราะเคยเห็นแมวกระโดดออกทางหน้าต่างมาแล้ว
ถ้าใครจะพาแมวนั่งรถไฟ ผมแนะนำให้เช็กกฎของการรถไฟก่อน บางขบวนไม่ให้ขึ้นกระเป๋าใบใหญ่ครับ

Going to try the scent-cloth trick on my cat for our trip to Hua Hin next month. I never thought about the bag opening from the top, that makes a lot of sense.

อ่านแล้วรู้สึกว่าคุณใส่ใจน้องมินมากจริงๆ ตั้งแต่งดอาหารจนถึงเรื่องผ้าที่มีกลิ่นบ้าน นี่แหละคือเจ้าของที่ดีครับ ขอชื่นชมเลย เห็นแล้วอยากให้น้องแมวของผมได้เจอคนแบบนี้บ้าง น้องมินโชคดีมากเลยครับ

Thanks for writing this up. I'm planning a drive to Khao Yai with my cat in a few weeks, so this helps a lot. How long before the trip did you start getting Mint used to the carrier, and did you put a towel on the seat? Pocky would definitely complain about the bumps.
