ถ้าจะทำประกันหมา เช็กก่อนนะคะว่าครอบคลุมโรคเรื้อรังไหม ของโตโตะเคยเคลมไม่ได้เพราะเป็นโรคที่มีมาก่อน แนะนำให้ทำตอนน้องยังเด็กจะดีกว่าค่ะ เบี้ยถูกกว่าด้วย

I'd be careful with premiums that are that cheap. In the UK we always read the exclusions first, some plans don't cover pets over a certain age, or hospital stays for pre-existing stuff. Worth checking before you rely on it.
