  I think treat for quiet can work but also check the dog is not bored in the morning, maybe he bark when owner leave. a walk before leave might help more. but I might be wrong

  Simba is a good name for a dog who bark. my cat Maya never bark but she yell at everyone in the morning, same problem lol
