Found: black and white dog near Saint Louis BTS

I found a black and white dog sitting near the Saint Louis BTS exit on Tuesday night, soaked from the rain. He is medium-sized, around 3 years old, with a white chest, white paws and floppy ears. He wears a faded red collar. He is very friendly, wagging his tail at everyone, and he walks nicely on a leash. I took him to my apartment and he is now clean, fed and sleeping.
