The owner saw the photo within an hour and found him sleeping beside a bowl of water that a kind neighbour had set out.
I saw a young brown and black dog wandering on the road of Soi 112 near Black Mountain on Thursday evening. He looked tired and had a long leash dragging behind him, so he was definitely a pet that got loose. He did not respond when I called, but walked quietly on the pavement and avoided cars. I put a bowl of water out and took a photo. If you are missing a dog like this, please message me through Wagdee.
