How did you get Fanta down from the cabinet once the splashing stopped, did you use treats or just wait her out?

Those two-coloured eyes are kind of awesome, he looks like he's guarding the door.

A closed cabinet makes a great hiding spot, and a soft cat tent by the window worked well for us on the same kind of noisy days.

Fanta has clearly decided the cabinet is her VIP lounge and the water fight is beneath her. Honestly the cat has better sense than the guys with the water guns. Next year just bring her a bowl of tuna and let her enjoy the show.

Did you keep the cabinet spot free for Fanta all day, or did you set up a bed up there? I'm wondering if I should make a hiding corner before the next water festival.

A plastic bin with an old towel inside is a cheap trick that worked for us too, and Mango ended up napping in it all afternoon 😆

Our Luna does the exact same thing, she spends the whole of Songkran under the bed and only comes out for dinner.
