Sorry for the wet dogs

I am sorry to bother everyone with this, but I would like to ask for advice about the rainy season. Lamyai and Olive are German Shepherds and they are very big, so when they come back from walk they make the whole lobby of our building wet. The juristic office staff have been very kind, but I feel bad every time.
