Dogs and cats are welcome, up to 35 kg per pet and two pets per room under the current official policy.

The pet fee is about THB 500 ++ per pet per night, and some pet packages include one pet free. A refundable security deposit against damage may be requested at check-in.

Pet-friendly rooms, mainly Deluxe rooms, are equipped with a pet bed, dining mat, food and water bowls, pee pads, litter boxes for cats and welcome toys or treats.
