Capella Bangkok is an ultra-luxury riverside hotel on Charoen Krung Road in Bangkok. It accepts one dog per room up to 10 kg for a nightly pet fee, but not in the pool, spa or most restaurants.

Dogs are welcome under strict conditions. The limit is one dog per room, weighing up to 10 kg (22 lbs). Cats and other pets are generally not accepted. The pet fee is THB 3,000++ per pet per night; service animals are exempt. Dogs may stay in guest rooms, suites and villas.
Dogs must be on a leash in all public areas. They may use the outdoor terraces and may join diners at the riverside Thai restaurant, Phra Nakhon. They are not allowed in the swimming pool area, the Auriga Wellness spa, the fitness centre or the other restaurants and bars. The hotel can provide food and water bowls, bedding and treats.
Dogs must not be left alone in guest rooms.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Capella Bangkok (โรงแรมคาเพลลา กรุงเทพ) opened in late 2020 as the Bangkok flagship of the Singapore-based Capella Hotel Group. The low-rise, tiered riverside building was designed by Hamiltons International with interior specialists BAMO and PIA Interior, and keeps its focus on open views of the Chao Phraya River.
It has 101 rooms, suites and private riverfront villas, each facing the river with floor-to-ceiling glass and a private balcony or verandah. Some have an outdoor Jacuzzi or private plunge pool.
Dining includes Côte by Mauro Colagreco, Phra Nakhon (Thai cuisine by the river) and Stella, a cocktail and dessert lounge. Auriga Wellness offers thermal baths, a hammam, spa treatments and vitality pools, and the Capella Culturists are personal hosts who arrange itineraries in the surrounding old quarter.
The hotel is on Charoen Krung, Bangkok's first paved road. The area mixes old shophouses, heritage temples, street food, art galleries and modern restaurants.

The address is 300/2 Charoen Krung Road, Yan Nawa, Sathon, Bangkok. Take the BTS Silom Line to Saphan Taksin station (Exit 1 or 2). From nearby Sathorn Pier you can take a short taxi ride along Charoen Krung Road, or connect via the hotel's shuttle boat.
By car, the hotel is on Charoen Krung Road, near Chan Road and Rama III. Free on-site self-parking and valet parking are available.
From Suvarnabhumi Airport it is about 35–45 minutes by car, and from Don Mueang Airport about 30–40 minutes, using the expressways.

Very impressed. Brought my dog to stay at Capella Bangkok and the service is truly five-star. The staff gave him a very warm welcome, and there was a dog bed, water bowl, and treats prepared right in the room. The garden area by the Chao Phraya River is spacious and very shady, absolutely perfect for taking your pup for a walk. The rules are clear and very pet-friendly. Highly recommended for pet lovers!

Capella Bangkok was a luxurious getaway for me and my cat, Cleo. The staff spoiled her with a personalized welcome kit, including a cozy bed and fresh water bowls. The room was incredibly spacious. My only gripe is that pets aren't allowed in the indoor dining areas, which limited where we could hang out together. Still, a fantastic, high-end pet-friendly experience.

Took my Corgi to stay at Capella Bangkok, and it was a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly to pets, proactively providing clean drinking water and exclusive toys. The lawn by the river is huge, and my dog had a blast running around. The only downside is that the hotel has quite a few restrictions on pets in public areas, requiring strollers or carrying them in certain hallways. Overall, it is still the top choice for a luxury pet-friendly hotel in Bangkok.
