Dogs and cats are generally accepted. Some owners limit pets to small or medium breeds, so ask the building or the agent before signing. Keep pets from disturbing neighbours, and do not let them behave aggressively in lobbies or lifts.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Four Wings Mansion is a 34-storey residential tower completed in December 1993, with about 102 units. It is known for vintage, very spacious floor plans that are rare in newer Bangkok buildings, which gives dogs and cats plenty of room.
Two-bedroom units are typically about 220 square metres, three-bedroom units about 220 to 240 square metres or more, and penthouses are very large, full-floor or multi-level homes. Rooms are arranged for families rather than short stays.
Facilities include a rooftop swimming pool, a gym of about 400 square metres with a sauna, an outdoor children's playground, a garden with a barbecue area, covered resident parking, a lobby concierge and 24-hour security with CCTV and keycard access.
Famous landmarks and surroundings:
Sukhumvit Soi 3 and Soi 11 form one of Bangkok's most cosmopolitan districts, packed with international restaurants, convenience stores, boutique hotels and busy evening nightlife.
Four Wings Mansion is on Soi Sukhumvit 3, between Sukhumvit Soi 3 and Soi 11 in Khlong Toei Nuea. The closest station is BTS Nana on the Sukhumvit Line, about 800–900 metres away (a 10–12 minute walk, or a short motorcycle taxi via Soi 3 or Soi 11). BTS Phloen Chit is about 1 km to the west, and BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit are 1.3–1.4 km away.
By car or taxi, turn from Sukhumvit Road into Soi Sukhumvit 3 (Soi Nana Nuea) or Soi 11; the side lanes connect. From New Phetchaburi Road, enter Soi 3 heading south. The Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway is close, via the Sukhumvit and Phetchaburi ramps, and the Khlong Saen Saep canal boat stops at the Nana Chard pier at the north end of Soi 3.
