Both dogs and cats are allowed and stay with their owners in the studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, which have tiled, easy-to-clean floors and private balconies.
A pet fee applies and a refundable pet deposit is usually taken at check-in to cover cleaning or damage; confirm the amounts with the property. Management asks owners to give advance notice of each pet's breed and size so the room can be confirmed before booking.
On site there is a ground-level tropical garden and pond area. The dead-end lane is quiet, which makes walks easier than on the main roads.

House by the Pond is a low-rise boutique serviced apartment building that works both as a hotel and as an extended-stay residence. It has seven floors and around 80 units in a colonial style, surrounded by tropical greenery with a garden pond.
Units include studios of about 36 m², one-bedroom apartments of about 40–60 m² and two-bedroom apartments of about 90 m². Every unit has a balcony, individual air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cookware and tableware, handy for preparing fresh food for pets.
Facilities include a rooftop swimming pool with sun deck and terrace, a small fitness room, a barbecue area, a garden patio and the fish pond. There is a coin-operated laundry, dry-cleaning service, lifts, 24-hour security and a front desk open from 8 am to 8 pm.
The building is in a quiet residential side lane, yet the restaurants, bars, cafés and massage shops of Sukhumvit 22 are within a short walk.

By BTS, get off at Phrom Phong (exit towards Benjasiri Park and Soi Sukhumvit 22/24) or Asok, then take a short motorcycle taxi or metered taxi down Soi Sukhumvit 22 into Soi Sai Nam Thip 2.
By car, you can reach the property from Sukhumvit Road via Soi Sukhumvit 22, or from Rama IV Road via Soi Phai Singto. The Chaloem Maha Nakhon Expressway ramps are about 10 minutes away. Free on-site parking is available for guests, but spaces are limited.
