M Thonglor 10 is a 22-storey condominium by Major Development, completed in 2016, at the corner of Soi Ekkamai 12 in Watthana, Bangkok. It sits in a lively area near clubs and nightlife, so nights can be noisy and traffic near the intersection is often congested.
The building has a dedicated pet zone. Other facilities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, sauna, steam room, library, BBQ area and a shuttle to the BTS station. Some residents report odors and mess in the pet zone, and some common areas have limited air conditioning.
Neighbors' complaints can mean you are asked to take your pet outside. Check the weight and number limits for your unit before signing.
The condominium is situated right at the corner of Soi Ekkamai 12, nestled within a bustling urban neighborhood known for its dynamic lifestyle, residential lanes, local coffee shops, trendy brunch spots, and community convenience stores.
Take the BTS Skytrain Sukhumvit Line to Ekkamai Station. From Exit 1, proceed down Sukhumvit Soi 63 (Ekkamai Road) for roughly 1.2 kilometers, then turn right into Soi Ekkamai 12; the property is a short distance down the alley on the left-hand side, representing an approximate 15 to 20 minute walk or a quick motorcycle taxi ride.
