Dogs and small pets are welcome, up to 10 kg (22 lb) per pet, and one pet per room. Bringing more than one pet needs advance authorisation from the hotel's Managing Director at the time of booking.

The pet supplement fee is THB 2,500 ++ per pet, covering a stay of up to seven nights. This is about THB 2,943 net after 7% VAT and a 10% service charge.

Each pet is provided with a dog bed and food and water bowls for the stay. Pets must be registered in advance with their name and breed.

Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, the swimming pool or nearby food-service areas. In common areas they must be on a leash or inside a carrier at all times. There is no dedicated outdoor pet park, so guests usually walk pets along street-level paths or nearby green spaces.

By BTS Skytrain (recommended), a covered walkway links the hotel to Exit 1 of Phloen Chit Station on the Sukhumvit Line.

By car or taxi, the hotel is reached from the Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway, exiting at Ploenchit or Sukhumvit.

From Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), it is about 27–30 km, a 40–50 minute drive by expressway taxi or hotel limousine. The Airport Rail Link runs to Phaya Thai, with a connection to the BTS. From Don Mueang Airport (DMK), it is about 21 km, a 25–40 minute drive via the Don Mueang Tollway.
