Ruamsuk Condominium is a mature freehold residential development completed in 1993–94, set on Sukhumvit 26 in Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei. The development has two buildings and 69 residences, with large three- and four-bedroom homes commonly spanning roughly 316–350 square metres. Residences feature broad living and dining rooms, substantial kitchens, balconies, and city or pool outlooks; several renovated homes include a maid’s room and separate laundry area.
The shared facilities create a practical family-oriented setting: lobby and reception space, pool, fitness room, sauna, squash court, indoor children’s area, games room, library or reading room, landscaped garden and barbecue space. The wider Phrom Phong–Thong Lo area adds Emporium, EmQuartier, Benchasiri Park, Benjakitti Park, Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, and Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. Rama IV Road and the nearby expressway provide quick road connections.
Ruamsuk Condominium stands at 12 Soi Atthakawi 1, off Sukhumvit 26, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, beside Nihonmachi Community Mall. From Sukhumvit Road, enter Sukhumvit 26 and continue about 1.2 km before turning into Soi Atthakawi 1. BTS Thong Lo is about 0.9 km away, roughly a 10-minute walk; BTS Phrom Phong is about 1.1 km away, roughly a 15-minute walk. The Stage 2 expressway is close via Rama IV Road.
