Dogs stay only in the designated ground-floor garden access rooms (two a day). Dogs under 10 kg pay THB 500 a night, and dogs of 10 kg or more pay THB 1,000 a night. Rottweilers and American Pit Bull Terriers are not accepted. Cats are welcome in any room (two a day) at THB 500 a night. Each room takes up to two dogs or two cats.

U-Tiny Boutique Hotel is a 3–4-star boutique property with around 30 to 40 rooms arranged around a private central courtyard. Its resort-style design has lush landscaping, water features and an open-air layout that shuts out most of Bangkok's traffic.
Rooms range from Deluxe Rooms and Executive Garden Access rooms to multi-bed Family Suites. Every room has air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV, a mini-bar, a workstation, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony or terrace. Garden Access rooms open directly onto the grounds; these are the ground-floor rooms where dogs are housed.
Facilities include an outdoor saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers, the Tiny Bakehouse Cuisine restaurant serving Thai dishes, coffee and international comfort food, garden relaxation areas, barbecue facilities and a 24-hour reception desk. Free parking is available, and airport transfers can be arranged for an extra charge.

The hotel sits in a quiet, semi-residential pocket of eastern Bangkok, away from downtown traffic; it works best as an airport stopover or a calm base rather than for sightseeing on foot.
U-Tiny is on Kanchanaphisek Road (the Eastern Outer Ring Road) in Saphan Sung. By rail, take the Airport Rail Link to Ban Thap Chang or Lat Krabang station; the hotel can collect you from either station, or a taxi takes about 10 minutes.
From Suvarnabhumi Airport it is about 6–8 km, 15–20 minutes by taxi via Kanchanaphisek Road (Highway 9) or the Bangkok–Chonburi Motorway. The hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off, included in some room packages or for an extra charge with 48 hours' notice. Drivers can reach it directly from Kanchanaphisek Road, and parking is free.
