Hernlhin Natural Resort is a reasonably priced resort in the foothills of Hang Dong, Chiang Mai, with bungalows and a pool. Small dogs and cats are accepted for a fee, with weight limits of about 5–10 kg.

Pets are normally placed in ground-level detached units such as bungalows and field-view family bungalows, not upper-floor rooms. Keep pets on a leash on the garden grounds, lawns and footpaths.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Hernlhin Natural Resort (also listed as Hern Lhin Natural Resort) is a low-rise, 3-star retreat built around 2015, set among greenery at the foot of forested hills for guests seeking a quiet break from central Chiang Mai.
It offers about 25 to 29 rooms, including Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites and freestanding family bungalows, some with terraces and garden views.
Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace, a fitness area, yoga space, massage services, free Wi-Fi, a shared garden lounge and free bicycles.
The resort is in the scenic Ban Pong valley of Hang Dong along the Samoeng loop, an area with nature trails, boutique cafés, horse stables and craft workshops.

The address is 227/1 Moo 2, Ban Pong, Hang Dong, Chiang Mai. From the city, head south on the Chiang Mai–Hang Dong Road (Route 108) or the Outer Ring Road (Route 121), then turn west onto Route 1269 (Hang Dong–Samoeng Road) towards Ban Pong. The resort is along this road near the foot of the hills.
From Chiang Mai International Airport it is about 14–20 km, a 25–35 minute drive. Grab and metered taxis are easy to find, and the resort offers a paid transfer on request. Free self-parking is available on site.
