Pet fees and any refundable deposit are agreed case by case when booking directly with the host. No weight limit is published, so tell the host your pet's breed and size and get approval before you arrive. The layout suits one or two small to medium pets; confirm the number with the host.
The apartment has tiled floors, an air purifier and an enclosed private balcony. There is no fenced run or pet area in the building, so plan for leashed walks along the quiet lanes of Soi Thongkaw and Santitham.

Noppa Casa is an independently managed one-bedroom serviced apartment of about 50 sq m on the 6th floor of the seven-storey Noppakao Place building, reached by lift.
The separate bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A large open-plan living room with seating and a dining table opens onto a big private balcony with city and mountain views. The apartment has fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an air purifier, a coffee machine, a microwave, a refrigerator and an induction hob.
Guests can use the building's 24-hour reception, keycard security and shared ground-floor lounge.
Santitham is a walkable local neighbourhood with street food stalls, coffee shops, small bars, 24-hour convenience stores and laundries close by.

The address is 6th Floor, Noppakao Place Hotel, 3 Thanon Thongkaw, Chang Phueak, Mueang Chiang Mai. It is about 1.5–2 km north-west of the Old City walls near Chang Phueak Gate, under 10 minutes by scooter, taxi or songthaew.
Chiang Mai International Airport is about 6.5–7.5 km away, around 15–20 minutes by airport taxi, Grab or Bolt, or by red songthaew heading north towards Santitham and Chang Phueak.
