Pets stay in selected detached bungalows. The grounds include open-air riverside seating, bamboo decks and natural areas. Because the resort borders fast-flowing rapids and forest, keep your pet on a leash at all times.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Stay Wild & Cafe (สเตย์ไวล์ด คาเฟ่) combines a rustic jungle homestay with a bohemian-style café, built among large river boulders and dense greenery along the rapids. It is known for its nature-focused look and outdoor activities.
There are around 11 standalone cottages, from two-person units, some with a private outdoor soaking tub overlooking the river, to family bungalows for up to eight guests.
The café has bamboo dining salas, swing seats over the water and woven "bird nest" photo spots above the rapids. In the evening it serves riverside Thai barbecue (moo krata). Whitewater rafting, ATV rides and elephant visits can be arranged on or near the site.
The resort is in a remote valley of forested mountains and rocky riverbanks beside the Kaeng Kued rapids, with no shops within walking distance.
Famous landmarks nearby:
The resort is on Rural Road 3052 in Kuet Chang, Mae Taeng District, about 60 km (roughly 1.5 hours) from Chiang Mai city.
By car or motorbike, drive north on Highway 107 through Mae Rim towards Mae Taeng (about 40 km). Turn left towards Mae Taman and Ban Kuet Chang onto Rural Road 3052 and follow the winding valley road for about 20 km to the riverside. Mobile signal often drops in the valley, so download offline maps first. Free parking is available on site.
Songthaews run from Chiang Mai to Mae Taeng town, but for the last stretch to Kuet Chang you need private transport or a chartered taxi.
