Bee Rest Residence is a reasonably priced set of three loft-style villas with kitchens, opposite a lagoon in Ban Du, Chiang Rai. Dogs of all sizes and cats are welcome for a small nightly fee.

Dogs and cats are welcome, and the property is 100% pet friendly. There is no strict weight limit; dogs of any size are accepted. The pet fee is about THB 200–300 per pet per night, and a refundable deposit of about THB 1,000 in cash may be collected at check-in.
All villas accept pets and provide a food and water bowl. Each villa has a private lawn and terrace, and the lagoon opposite is suitable for walking dogs on a leash.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Bee Rest Residence (บีเรส เรสซิเดนท์ เชียงราย) is a small, quiet retreat of three private detached villas in a minimalist loft style with polished concrete, facing the Khua Khrae lagoon.
Each villa has a bedroom with a queen bed and air conditioning, a separate living room with a sofa, a bathroom with a water heater and a covered terrace. The villas suit couples and small families of two to three guests.
Every unit has its own kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, sukiyaki pot, cutlery and tableware, for a home-like stay. Parking is in front of each villa.
The villas are in a tranquil, green residential area by the lagoon. A lakeside restaurant is a one- to two-minute walk away.
Famous landmarks nearby:
The address is 609 Moo 14, Ban Du, Mueang Chiang Rai. The property is opposite Nong Nam Khua Khrae lagoon. From Mae Fah Luang – Chiang Rai International Airport it is about 3.5–5 km, a 5–10 minute drive: head towards Phahonyothin Road (Highway 1) and turn into the road beside the lagoon.
From the Clock Tower in central Chiang Rai it is about 7–8 km north along Phahonyothin Road. Private car, motorbike, airport taxi and Grab all work. Free parking is in front of each villa.
