Pup Cities states that dogs are allowed outside only. Leashed dogs are welcome in the garden, on the open lawn and in the outdoor seating areas, but not in the enclosed indoor areas. There is no pet menu, no pet fee, and no size or breed limit is published. The café is not an animal café or pet hotel and keeps no animals for public interaction.

Description

Mr.Black Cafe & restaurant sits on a high ridge of Doi Chaang, with 360-degree mountain views and a hillside hydrangea garden running down the slope. The minimalist wooden café serves coffee made from local Doi Chaang Arabica beans.

The menu includes Americano, iced coffee, Thai tea, fresh pastries such as coconut cake and macadamia cheesecake, and savoury dishes such as pizza, spaghetti and salads. The site also has dome-shaped glamping rooms with private soaking tubs for guests who want to stay overnight, and locally grown macadamia products are sold on site.

Getting there

The café is on the main ridge road of Doi Chaang in Tambon Wa Wi, Mae Suai district, near the Doi Chang viewpoint and Akha Farmville. The road from Mae Suai passes the dam and climbs steep, winding bends, so a private car or chartered vehicle is needed.

There is no BTS or MRT in the area. Private on-site parking is available for visitors.
