Dogs and cats are accepted, and pets share the rented villa with their owners rather than staying in separate kennels.
Extra charges or a refundable damage deposit generally apply, but the amounts are set per stay and must be arranged directly with management before arrival. Standard group villa policies suggest small to medium pets, but exact weight limits and the maximum number of pets depend on confirmation from the villa.
The outdoor spaces are an enclosed private patio, a poolside terrace and a seating area. For longer walks, guests usually walk to the beach promenade along Jomtien Beach, a 10 to 12 minute walk. Confirm all pet terms with the villa before booking.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
