Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya is a rock-themed beach resort in Central Pattaya with a large lagoon pool. Dogs and cats are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms under its Unleashed programme, with a fee and advance booking.

Dogs and cats are welcome under the hotel's Unleashed pet programme, but only in designated pet-friendly guest rooms. Pets must be booked at least four days in advance, directly with the hotel. Up to two pets may stay in a room. One pet may weigh up to 12 kg, or two pets may stay together if their combined weight is no more than 23 kg. Guests must show an up-to-date vaccination record at reservation or check-in.
The non-refundable pet fee is THB 500 per pet per night, and part of the fee goes to a local animal shelter. Rooms are supplied with velvet memory foam pet beds and a sWAG bag, and pet gift sets are available to buy.
Pets may go in the garden and Pet Park area and on the Pizzeria terrace. They must be on a leash or in a pet carrier when outside the room.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya is a 4-star, music-themed lifestyle resort with a rock-and-roll design. The 10-storey hotel has 323 rooms and suites decorated with music memorabilia, retro artwork and modern amenities. Its The Sound of Your Stay programme lets guests borrow an in-room vinyl player or a Fender guitar, and the Rock Royalty Lounge serves club-level guests.
The centrepiece is a 2,000 square metre free-form outdoor lagoon pool with a man-made sandy beach, a swim-up pool bar, water slides and poolside cabanas. On-site dining includes the Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya, Starz Diner and The Pizzeria, and the Rock Spa and Roxity Kids Club offer wellness and children's activities.
The hotel sits in a lively, bustling urban beach area, with restaurants, nightlife bars, convenience stores, massage parlours and street food stalls nearby.

The hotel is at 429 Pattaya Sai Song Road, Muang Pattaya, Bang Lamung, Chon Buri 20150, between Pattaya Beach Road and Pattaya Sai Song Road.
By car from Bangkok or Suvarnabhumi Airport, take Route 7 (the Bangkok–Chon Buri Motorway) towards Pattaya, which takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Exit onto Central Pattaya Road (Pattaya Klang), drive towards the sea and turn onto Pattaya Sai Song Road or Beach Road. The hotel can arrange an airport shuttle on request, for a fee.
By public transport, take an intercity bus or van from Ekkamai, Mo Chit 2 or Suvarnabhumi Airport level 1 to Pattaya Bus Station. Then take a songthaew (baht bus) or taxi to the hotel entrance on Pattaya Sai Song Road.
From U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya Airport it is about 31 to 40 km north, roughly 30 to 45 minutes via Route 3 or Route 7. Free on-site self-parking is available for registered guests and dining patrons.
