Pets, including dogs, are welcome at Heaven Private Resort Pattaya by prior arrangement. A standard pet fee of THB 500 applies; confirm whether this is per pet or per stay when you book.
Small to medium dogs are generally accepted, but contact the property in advance to confirm any restrictions on pet size, breed or weight before arrival. Several pets can often be accepted by prior arrangement because the villa is booked as a whole. Security deposits for damage may apply at check-in, so ask for the amount in advance.
Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. The enclosed outdoor courtyard, garden area and terrace grounds are where pets can walk on a leash.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Heaven Private Resort Pattaya (also listed as Villa Heaven Private Resort) is an expansive luxury holiday villa of four to seven bedrooms, sleeping 8 to 14 or more guests.
Each suite is air-conditioned, with a flat-screen cable TV, a desk, a private bathroom, a dressing area and direct access to a patio or terrace. The villa has an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and steam room, a hot tub, a pool table and a dedicated karaoke lounge.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove and electric kettle, and there is outdoor BBQ equipment for private cookouts. The property is gated, with secure parking for several cars and bicycles.
The property is in the quieter Nong Prue area of East Pattaya, surrounded by private villas, local Thai-Western cafés, markets such as Rai Vanasin Market and sports clubs, away from the dense nightlife of downtown.

By car from Bangkok, take Highway 7 (Bangkok–Chon Buri Motorway) toward Pattaya, exit toward Nong Prue and Mabprachan Reservoir, then continue via Soi Mab Yai Lia and Soi Banlang 13. Free private parking is available on site.
From central Pattaya it is about 5 to 8 km east of Pattaya Beach Road and Central Festival, roughly a 15-minute drive. From Pattaya Train Station, about 2.8–3.2 km away, a taxi takes 5 to 10 minutes. Standard songthaews do not run into Soi Banlang 13, so use a private vehicle, a taxi, Grab or Bolt.
From U-Tapao Rayong–Pattaya International Airport, the property is about 29–44 km away, roughly 35–45 minutes by car.
