Dogs are welcome, but they must be small breeds weighing under 10 kg. Officially one pet is allowed per room, and up to two small pets may be allowed on special request. Pets stay in standard guest rooms with their owners and must not be left unattended in the room.
There is no pet fee for the first pet. If you stay with a second pet, which needs prior approval, a surcharge of around 500 THB per night may apply.
Pets can be walked on a leash or in a pet stroller in the small garden and terrace area. They are not allowed in the swimming pool or in the indoor restaurant and food service areas.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
ibis Pattaya is an economy hotel managed under the Accor brand and developed by The Erawan Group. The seven-storey property has 254 modern rooms, including standard double, standard twin and family rooms with bunk beds.
Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with a children's section, an international all-day restaurant, a 24-hour bar and snack service, meeting facilities and lifts. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
The hotel is in North and central Pattaya, set slightly back from the main road for a quieter feel. It is within walking distance of nightlife, massage parlours, local street food and convenience stores, and a 7-Eleven is at the soi entrance.

By car from Bangkok, take Highway 7 (the Bangkok–Chonburi Motorway) straight into Pattaya. Follow the road to Sukhumvit Road (Route 3), turn right onto North Pattaya Road (Pattaya Nuea), go around the Dolphin Roundabout and exit onto Pattaya 2nd Road.
By public bus, take a bus from Bangkok's Ekkamai or Mo Chit terminal to the North Pattaya Bus Terminal (Roong Reuang Coach). From there, a songthaew (baht bus) or taxi covers the 1.8 to 2 km to the hotel.
From U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya International Airport it is about 35 to 40 km, roughly 40 to 50 minutes by taxi. From Suvarnabhumi Airport it is about 120 km, roughly 1.5 hours by expressway taxi or direct airport bus to Pattaya. Free self-parking is available on site for hotel guests.
