Dogs and cats of all breeds are welcome, and there is no weight limit; large dogs of 60 kg or more are accepted. The pet fee is THB 200 per pet per night. Up to 3 large dogs or up to 5 small dogs are allowed per room.

All 10 waterfront units accept pets. Each has a private gated lawn outside the door, and there is a shared lakefront lawn and dog park. Dogs may swim in designated parts of the lake. Rooms have pet daybeds and water bowls, and guests receive dog treats at check-in. Bring your own harness, leash, pee pads and bedding. Pets must not be left alone inside the rooms.

Description

Miss You A Lot Resort is a small waterfront resort in Bang Sare designed around dog owners and their pets, founded in memory of the owner's beagle. It aims to remove the usual stress of staying in a hotel with a dog. It is set in a quiet rural area around a large freshwater lake, with wide green lawns and hills behind.

There are 10 units. Rooms 1–8 are standard waterfront cabins for 2–3 guests, each with a fenced private yard and an outdoor sitting deck. Rooms 9–10 are larger family rooms for 4–6 guests with adjoining lawns. All rooms are step-free with wheelchair ramps.

Breakfast is delivered to the porch of your room. In the evening the resort serves Thai barbecue (moo kratha) by the water, with acoustic live music and fountain light displays at weekends. Paddle boating with pets is available. A golf cart carries guests, luggage and pets from the car park to the room.

Neighbourhood

The resort lies in a peaceful countryside setting of coastal hills, orchards and waterways, away from central Pattaya but only 5–10 minutes from the coast.

Getting there

The address is 211/11 Moo 6, Bang Sare, Sattahip, Chon Buri. By car from Bangkok, about 155 km and 1.5–2 hours, take Highway 7 (Bangkok–Chon Buri Motorway) south towards Pattaya and Rayong, then Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) south past Na Jomtien towards Bang Sare. Turn inland onto local rural roads towards Moo 6; a GPS search for the resort name works.

Free private parking is available inside the resort, and a golf cart takes guests, luggage and pets to the room. U-Tapao Airport is about 20–25 km to the south.
