Rooms include standard, double and queen-bed rooms, as well as Superior Sea View rooms. Many upper-floor rooms have private balconies overlooking the street and the sea.

Getting there

By car from Bangkok, take Highway 7 (the motorway) or Route 34 (Bang Na–Trat) toward Chon Buri, then Sukhumvit Road (Route 3). Turn toward the sea onto Long Had Bangsaen Road, passing Burapha University on your left, until you reach the Bangsaen Roundabout. Turn left onto Bangsaen Sai 1, the beach road toward Won Napa Beach. Continue about 600 to 1,200 m, turn into the soi near Seed Boutique Hotel and drive about 40 m. The hotel is on your right.

By public transport, take a public van or bus from Bangkok (Ekkamai Eastern Bus Terminal, Mo Chit 2 or Southern Bus Terminal) to Chon Buri, Nong Mon Market or Burapha University. From Nong Mon or the Burapha University gate, take a local red songthaew, a motorcycle taxi or a Grab or Bolt ride to the hotel on Bangsaen Lang Road.

Free parking is available on site, but spaces near the building can be limited during peak holiday weekends.
