A cleaning fee of about THB 500–1,500 per pet per night is typical, although some managers waive it for long stays or direct bookings. A refundable deposit of THB 5,000–10,000 per villa is usually taken at check-in. Generally one or two pets are allowed per villa, and larger villas may allow more by arrangement.
Each villa has an enclosed private patio, terrace or walled lawn where pets can stay outdoors. Pets may not enter the private pool and must stay off beds and furniture. Bringing an unapproved pet can bring a deep-cleaning fine of THB 10,000.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
