Dogs and cats are allowed in the bungalow and villa rooms only, not in standard hotel rooms. The limit is 30 kg per pet and two pets per room. Please notify the resort in advance.

Confirm current fees with the front desk before check-in.

Pets can walk and exercise on the open lawn and in the gardens. Bring your own pet bedding or pads, keep your pet under control, make sure it does not soil the room or furniture, and pick up droppings straight away with a bag.

Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.

Description

Baanchokdeepai Resort (บ้านโชคดีปาย รีสอร์ท) is a peaceful retreat of about 13 standalone wooden bungalows and duplex cottages spread through landscaped tropical gardens.

The units have been modernised in recent years and offer a rustic yet comfortable stay, with wooden furnishings, private balconies, air conditioning, a mini-fridge, a flat-screen cable TV and an en-suite bathroom.

Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing deck, a communal breakfast area, massage services and tour and ticket assistance.

Neighbourhood

The area is quiet, green and natural, just outside the busy centre of Pai.

Pai Walking Street and Night Market (about 500 m–1 km): a 5–10 minute walk.
Wat Luang and Wat Klang (about 500–900 m): temples in Pai.
Pai River (about 800 m).
Chedi Phra That Mae Yen (about 1.7 km): the White Buddha.
Wat Nam Hu (about 2.9 km).
Tha Pai Hot Springs, Sai Ngam Hot Springs, Pai Canyon and Mo Paeng Waterfall (10–20 minutes away).

Getting there

The resort is on Chaisongkhram Road towards Pai Hospital, about 500–600 m from the central traffic intersection in Wiang Tai, on the right-hand side in Moo 1. Drive in via Route 1095 from Chiang Mai.

Pai Airport is about 1.5–2 km away, a 3–5 minute drive, and the resort offers free or arranged airport shuttle pick-ups. Pai Bus Station is about 800 m to 1 km away, and the resort offers shuttle transfers. Free on-site parking is available for cars and motorbikes.
