Baannern Khao View Pai Resort is a budget hillside resort of wooden bungalows just east of Pai town, with valley views. Dogs of any size are accepted for an extra fee, and several pets are allowed.

Dogs of any size are accepted for an additional fee, with no strict weight limit, and cats are allowed on request. Two or more pets per booking are fine. Pet fees apply, but the exact amount is not published, so ask the resort directly.
There is no separate pet block: approved pets stay with their owners in the private wooden bungalows. The open hillside grounds, garden paths, green lawns and picnic areas are good for walking dogs on a leash.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
It has about 14 standalone rustic wooden bungalows and rooms, each with a private balcony or terrace, an en-suite shower room, cable TV and a work desk. Guests can choose between fan and air-conditioned rooms.
Shared facilities include an open-air kitchen, garden relaxation areas, picnic and barbecue spots, free Wi-Fi and luggage storage. The staff can help with tours and car rental, and an airport shuttle is available on request. Free on-site parking is provided for cars and motorbikes.
The setting is peaceful and rural, with greenery and mountain views all around, yet town cafés and bars are only a few minutes away.

The resort is in Ban Mae Yen, Mae Hi, about 1 to 1.5 km east of central Pai across the Pai River, a 3 to 5 minute ride by scooter, car or songthaew. From the town, head east towards Wat Phra That Mae Yen.
From Chiang Mai, drive or take a minivan along Route 1095, the mountain road with 762 curves, which takes about 3 to 3.5 hours. Pai Airport is about 1–2 km away, around 8 minutes by car, and the resort offers an airport shuttle on request. Free parking is available on site.
