Buzzas @ Pai Chan is a resort-style hostel in Mae Hi, on the edge of Pai, with dorms, private bungalows and a pool. Dogs of any size and cats are welcome on request, free of charge.

Dogs of any size, including large dogs, are allowed free of charge, and cats are permitted on request. There is no pet fee. Please tell the hostel in advance, as pet stays are granted on request and subject to availability. Check with management.
Suitable accommodation includes the private bungalows and ground-floor rooms with a balcony or patio. Food and water bowls are available, and the open gardens, lawns and paths beside the rice fields are good for walking pets.
Some older booking profiles under the previous name, Pai Chan Cottage & Cuisine, list the property as not allowing pets, so confirm with the hostel before booking.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Buzzas @ Pai Chan, formerly Pai Chan Cottage & Cuisine and Buzzas Boutique Backpackers, is a resort-style backpacker hostel that mixes social hostel life with a natural setting of open rice fields and mountain views.
Accommodation includes budget dormitories with privacy curtains, reading lights and lockers, and private deluxe cottages and bungalows with air conditioning, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private terrace.
A central outdoor swimming pool has sun loungers. There is a restaurant serving Thai and European dishes, a cocktail bar and a shared lounge, plus free Wi-Fi, laundry service, yoga classes and evening social events.
The hostel is on the outskirts of central Pai, in a rural, quiet and green setting, yet within walking distance of the nightlife and markets.

The hostel is in Mae Hi, about 700 m to 1 km east of central Pai across the Pai River. From the Pai bus station or downtown it is a 10–15 minute walk, or about 3 minutes by taxi, songthaew or motorbike. Pai Airport is about 2–3 km away, a 5–10 minute taxi ride.
From Chiang Mai, take a minivan from the Chiang Mai Arcade Bus Station along Route 1095, about 3 hours, or drive or ride a motorbike over the mountain highway. Free open parking is available on site.
