Pets are allowed for a fee, but the exact amount is not published, so confirm it with the resort. No size or weight limit and no cap on the number of pets per room is published; call ahead to discuss your pet's size.
The rooms are standalone bungalows and standard rooms with tile floors and ground-level access. There are no separate pet-only rooms. Pets can use the landscaped gardens and terraces.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Pai Waan (ปายหวาน รีสอร์ท) opened in 2009 and is a small boutique lodge with 12 rooms, designed around a playful pink, Thai-modern theme. The bungalows, curtains, bedding and even the room amenities use pastel pink styling.
Rooms come as Superior Double, Superior Twin and Standard. All have air conditioning, a private bathroom, a refrigerator, complimentary bottled water and a private terrace or balcony overlooking the garden.
The resort has a café and restaurant area, a children's play area, shared barbecue facilities, daily housekeeping and free Wi-Fi throughout. Free on-site parking is available.
The resort lies along the main road in the Wiang Tai area, with an open mountain-valley feel while staying close to the town centre for food and nightlife.

The address is 374 Moo 8, Wiang Tai, Pai, Mae Hong Son, just southwest of the town centre along Route 1095.
From Pai Airport it is about 2.5–3 km, a 5–7 minute drive. The resort has offered a free airport transfer on request. From Pai town and the bus terminal it is about 1–1.4 km, a 10–15 minute walk or around 3 minutes by taxi or motorbike.
From Chiang Mai, take Highway 107 north and then Route 1095 to Pai, a drive of 3 to 4 hours over the mountain pass by minivan, car or motorbike. Free parking is available on site.
