Villa de Pai (วิลล่า เดอ ปาย) is a long-established, rustic budget bungalow resort of around 19 standalone wooden huts set among tropical trees, foliage and garden lawns on the bank of the Pai River.
Rooms are simply furnished in traditional Northern Thai wooden style, with fan-only or air-conditioned options. Each unit has a private patio or balcony, many with hammocks or seating, a private bathroom with hot shower, toiletries and free Wi-Fi. Some units have a refrigerator and river views.
The resort suits backpackers, budget travellers and nature lovers looking for a quiet stay. Facilities include a communal garden, river-view relaxation spaces, luggage storage, a tour desk and occasional evening film showings.
The resort is in the Wiang Tai dining and nightlife area in the centre of Pai, with cafés, street food stalls, bars and convenience stores close by.

The address is 87 Moo 1, Wiang Tai, Pai, Mae Hong Son. It is about 400–700 m from Pai Bus Station, a 5–10 minute walk through town towards the Pai River.
From Chiang Mai, public minivans and buses, such as Prempracha Transport from the Arcade Bus Station, take about 3–4 hours via Route 1095; then walk or take a local taxi or tuk-tuk. By car or motorbike, follow Highway 1095 to Pai centre and turn into the Wiang Tai area towards the riverside near the Walking Street.
From Pai Airport it is about 1.6 km, a 10–15 minute drive by songthaew or pre-arranged taxi. Free private parking is available on site.
