Cats and dogs up to 15 kg are welcome, and no other animals. Pets are accepted only in designated ground-floor Deluxe rooms, which are limited, so guests must request and confirm a pet room in advance. Each room usually takes one or two pets.

The fee is THB 1,500 net per pet, per room, per night for pets under 10 kg, and THB 1,800 net for pets of 10 to 15 kg. Guests pay for any damage or deep cleaning caused by their pets.

At check-in the hotel provides a pet cushion or bed, a food bowl, a water bowl and a dog waste scooper. Owners must bring their own pet food.

Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time, and they are not allowed on guest beds. In public areas they must be on a leash or in a carrier.
