Dogs and cats are welcome in designated room types. Small pets are 15 kg or under; large pets are 16–35 kg (the limit is generally 30–35 kg). A maximum of two pets is allowed per pool villa. The non-refundable pet fee starts at THB 1,000++ per pet per night. Tiered fees may range from THB 2,000 for the first night and THB 1,000 for later nights (small pets) to THB 3,000 and THB 1,500 (larger pets). Extra charges apply for damage, soiled linen or deep cleaning.

Pets can stay only in Avani Pool Villas, Avani Lagoon Pool Villas and select Deluxe Garden Access Rooms. These rooms are limited, so book in advance directly with the resort.

Pets must be on a leash (maximum 6 feet) or in a carrier whenever outside the accommodation. A designated pet walking route is provided at check-in, and dogs may use open beachfront areas along permitted paths. Pets may use their villa's private plunge pool, but are not allowed in the shared pools, fitness centre, AvaniClub lounge, spa, meeting rooms or indoor dining areas. Guests booking pet packages receive pet amenities such as a bed, bowls, treats and a pet room-service menu.

Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
