SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin is a premium design-led beachfront resort on the quiet Bang Kao coast of Cha-am. Its SO/ Pawcation programme welcomes dogs and cats of all sizes in ground-floor rooms and pool villas.

SO Comfy and pool villas
Under the SO/ Pawcation programme, the resort welcomes dogs and cats. The pet fee is about THB 1,500 per pet per night. Dogs of all sizes are generally accepted, but tell the hotel in advance. The standard pet package covers one pet; more pets are allowed if you request and confirm this with the resort beforehand.
Pets stay in designated rooms: the ground-level SO Comfy rooms, and the One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom SO Pool Villas, whose enclosed private decks let pets move about safely. Pets receive designer beds, food and water bowls, welcome treats, and there is a special pet menu.
There is a pet-friendly outdoor area and a beachside event lawn where dogs can exercise on a leash. Pets are generally not allowed in the enclosed dining rooms, the main swimming pools or the spa.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin (โรงแรมโซ/ โซฟิเทล หัวหิน) is a five-star beachfront resort from Accor's Ennismore brand, built around an "Imaginative Escape" concept. Its creative direction comes from Thai fashion designer Polpat Asavaprapha (ASAVA), mixing French elegance with playful, whimsical architecture.
About 100 rooms and private pool villas are decorated in two styles: SO Nature, with organic textures and earth tones, and SO Arty, with bold contemporary design. Pet guests use the ground-floor SO Comfy rooms with high ceilings, or the one- and two-bedroom pool villas.
Facilities include several pools, among them a large Signature Pool with an obstacle course and slide, and a quieter adults' pool. SO/ SPA offers treatments, steam rooms and cocoon-style relaxation areas. Families can play the 18-hole SO Wonderland adventure golf, use the kids' club, tennis and basketball courts, or rent bicycles.
White Oven serves Thai food and daily breakfast, Beach Society offers open-air grilled seafood and Western dishes by the sea, the HI-SO Rooftop Bar serves sunset cocktails, and SO Sundae by the pool has ice cream, pastries and snacks.
The resort is on a quiet, uncrowded stretch of the Bang Kao coast, more peaceful than central Hua Hin, with the beach right in front.

The address is 115 Moo 7, Bang Kao, Cha-am, Phetchaburi. From Bangkok it is about 170 km, a 2–2.5 hour drive: take Highway 35 (Rama II Road) to Highway 4 (Phetkasem Road) towards Cha-am, then follow the coastal road to Bang Kao. Free parking is available on site, with valet service and EV charging.
By public transport, take a train or intercity bus or van from Bangkok to Cha-am or Hua Hin, then a 10–20 minute taxi or Grab ride. Hua Hin Airport is about 24–25 km south, 25–30 minutes by taxi. The resort can arrange private transfers from Bangkok and Suvarnabhumi Airport.
