VALA Hua Hin is a premium beachfront resort between Cha-am and Hua Hin with 96 rooms, suites and pool villas. It accepts dogs, but not cats, in selected rooms, with weight limits and a nightly fee.
Price range: about THB 4,000–6,000 a night for standard rooms; beachfront pool villas cost more.

Dogs are welcome in designated room categories, subject to availability; cats are generally not accepted. The categories are Deluxe Room King, Deluxe Room Twin, Mini Suite Beachfront King, Pool Villa Garden View and Pool Villa Beachfront. A maximum of 2 dogs per room applies.
Dogs up to 10 kg are allowed in the Deluxe Rooms and the Mini Suite Beachfront, and dogs up to 30 kg in the Pool Villa Garden View and Pool Villa Beachfront. A cleaning fee of about THB 1,500–2,500 per dog per night is typical.
Pets must use the entry and exit walkways specified by the resort, and must be leashed or in a stroller or carrier in shared outdoor areas. They are not allowed in indoor dining venues or in the main swimming pools. Dog beds, food bowls and pee pads can be arranged in the room.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
VALA Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels (วาลา หัวหิน) is a boutique beachfront resort in the Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection. Its minimalist, curving design in warm white and earth tones favours open, light-filled spaces and seaside calm.
The 96 rooms, suites and beachfront pool villas include many with panoramic views over the Gulf of Thailand, private pools or direct beach access.
The Olympic-sized, 770 sqm beachfront saltwater pool is joined by a children's pool and The Marbles swim-up bar. WOODS Kitchen & Bar serves all-day local and farm-to-table dishes, and WOODS Upper Deck is a rooftop sunset cocktail lounge. Sela Sea Sanctuary Spa, a fitness studio and the PATANA Organic Farm, with fruit, herbs and vegetables, complete the facilities.
The resort sits on a quieter, upscale stretch of coast (the Regent Beach area) between central Cha-am and Hua Hin, with a relaxed, uncrowded beachfront.

The address is 849/21 Phet Kasem Road, Cha-am, Phetchaburi, on the beachfront corridor between Cha-am and Hua Hin. From Bangkok, drive south via Route 35 (Rama II Road) or Route 4 (Phetkasem Road) past Samut Songkhram and Phetchaburi town into Cha-am, about 180–200 km and 2.5–3 hours depending on traffic.
By public transport, take an SRT train to Cha-am or Hua Hin station, or a minivan or bus from Bangkok's Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai Mai) or Ekkamai, then a taxi or Grab to the resort. The hotel can arrange private transfers on request. Free on-site parking is available.
