Small pets, meaning small-breed dogs and cats, are welcome. The fee is THB 500 per pet per night, and a refundable THB 3,000 security deposit per villa is taken at check-in and returned after an inspection at check-out.

Villas are rented whole, so pets can use the villa's ground floor, the enclosed pool terrace and the shared lawns and gardens of the compound. The beach is 50 m away for walks on a leash.

Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.

Description

Venice Beach Hua Hin Pool Villa, also listed as Venice Beach Village Hua Hin Pool Villa, is a gated compound of themed houses in Italian, Venice-inspired style, named by colour: Blue, Red, White, Yellow and Green Villa. There is 24-hour security, on-site caretakers and housekeeping, and a children's play area.

Each villa usually has two to three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open-plan living and dining area, sleeping 4 to 14 guests; booking all villas together hosts up to 50. Upstairs master bedrooms have partial sea views.

Every villa has a private pool of about 3 × 8 m with a water slide and floats, a karaoke system, a billiards table, a bathtub and a kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge and barbecue grill, so it suits self-catering families.

A quiet residential and seaside resort area, with 7-Eleven and other convenience stores near the main road, Huai Sai Tai local market and beachfront seafood restaurants.

Getting there

The villas are on Soi Chala Samut in Cha-am, on the border with Hua Hin. Driving south on Route 4 (Phetkasem Road) from Cha-am towards Hua Hin, the soi entrance is opposite The Venezia Hua Hin, about 100 m before the Hua Hin Airport Tunnel. Drive straight down the soi towards the beach to the compound, where free parking is provided.

Hua Hin Airport is about 1–4 km away and Huai Sai Tai train station about 4.3 km. From central Hua Hin it is around 15 minutes by taxi or ride-hailing car, which can drop you at the gate.
