Asava Rawai Sea View Private Resort is a reasonably priced hillside apartment resort on Soi Suksan 2 in Rawai, Phuket. Small dogs and cats are welcome, up to two per room, with advance notice.

Small breeds of dogs and cats are welcome, up to two pets per room. Larger breeds are generally not allowed unless the building's juristic office gives special permission in advance; certified guide and service dogs are exempt. Notify management about your pet before arrival.
The pet fee is THB 500 per pet per night for daily stays. For monthly stays it is THB 6,000 a month for the first pet and THB 2,000 a month for the second, plus a 10% service charge. A refundable damage deposit is taken on arrival, usually THB 1,000 in cash for short stays, with a separate deposit agreed for leases over two months.
Pets stay in the private units, which have tiled floors and balconies. The resort has landscaped communal gardens, and the quiet hillside roads and trails nearby are good for daily walks. A veterinary clinic is about 2.9 km away.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Asava Rawai Sea View Private Resort is a low-rise hillside residential resort completed in 2009, with four two-storey buildings and about 34–35 serviced apartments let by the night or by the month.
Units include studios of about 42 sq m, one-bedroom suites of 67–75 sq m and two-bedroom apartments of 75–84 sq m. Each has air conditioning, a kitchen or kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave and kettle, fast Wi-Fi, a living area and a private terrace or balcony facing the sea, the hills or the gardens.
Shared facilities include an open-air pool overlooking Chalong Bay, sun loungers, barbecue facilities, landscaped gardens and 24-hour security with CCTV.
The resort sits on a quiet, green residential hillside. Convenience stores and local restaurants are 1–2 km away, a 5–10-minute drive.

The address is 4/30 Soi Suksan 2, Rawai, Mueang Phuket. From Phuket International Airport, about 43–46 km to the north, the drive takes roughly 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
Head south on Route 402 (Thepkrasattri Road) past Phuket Town to the Chalong Circle, then take Wiset Road (Route 4024) south towards Rawai. Turn west into Soi Suksan 2 and follow the lane uphill to number 4/30.
The resort is on a hill, so a car, rental car or motorbike is strongly recommended. Free on-site parking is available, including covered car bays and motorbike spaces.
