Phuket International Airport is about 35–40 km away, roughly 45–60 minutes by taxi, private car or ride-hailing car. The hotel can arrange an airport transfer for an extra fee. The Phuket Smart Bus stops within walking distance on Patong's main roads.

There is no on-site car parking; the space in front of the building is mainly for motorbikes. Paid car parks are available about 200 m away, around the Tai Pan area.
