Baleeyan is a reasonably priced boutique villa retreat in Sakhu, a few minutes from Phuket Airport and Nai Yang Beach. Dogs and cats are welcome, sharing the gardens with the resident dogs and cats.
Price range: about THB 1,500–4,500 a night; monthly stays from about THB 25,000.

Baleeyan welcomes dogs and cats, and several resident dogs and cats, including a Chihuahua and a French bulldog, live on the grounds. A pet fee of about THB 500 per pet per stay applies; confirm it when you book.
No weight limit is published, but contact the management in advance if you have a large dog or several pets. Multiple pets or larger groups can be accommodated by booking a bigger villa or several villas. Pets stay with their owners inside the private villas, and the house rules say pets may not be left alone in the rooms.
The tropical gardens, terraces and grassy paths are good for walking pets on a leash.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Baleeyan is a quiet boutique retreat with a relaxed, homestay-style feel, built with Thai-inspired architectural touches and natural wood. It suits short stays between flights, family holidays and long stays, including digital nomads, with monthly packages available.
The private villas are each styled differently, with king, twin or multi-bedroom layouts.
Guests share two outdoor swimming pools set in greenery with sun loungers, an outdoor terrace, a picnic area, a lounge, a shared kitchen and barbecue facilities, and a multilingual library. A home-style breakfast is served daily, with Asian, American and vegetarian choices.
Baleeyan is in a quiet residential village away from nightlife. A 7-Eleven and several local restaurants, including an Indian restaurant, are within about 10 minutes' walk or a short drive.

The address is 3/32 Moo 1, Sakhu, Thalang, Phuket. Phuket International Airport is about 2–3 km away, a 5–8 minute drive by taxi or ride-hailing app (Grab or Bolt). The property can arrange private airport transfers if you ask at least 48 hours ahead.
By car or scooter, take Route 4026 or Route 4031 towards Sakhu and Nai Yang Beach. Free, secure on-site parking is available for cars and motorbikes. A car or scooter is recommended for reaching beaches and other parts of Phuket.
