Cassia Phuket is a premium apartment-style resort in Laguna Phuket near Bang Tao Beach. It welcomes dogs and cats in all suites, with pet beds and supplies in the room and a dog park nearby.
Price range: about THB 2,400–5,500 a night for one- and two-bedroom suites; the pet fee is often waived for direct bookings.

Dogs and cats are welcome; other pets need approval from management first. Pets up to 10 kg can stay in any room type, pets over 10 kg must stay in a two-bedroom unit or larger, and pets over 20 kg need management approval before arrival.
Long stays are about THB 1,500 a month. A refundable deposit of THB 2,000 per stay is taken at check-in. There is no fixed limit on the number of pets per room, as long as the room is large enough.
Rooms come set up for pets with a memory-foam bed, food and water bowls, towels, an air purifier, an indoor pet toilet with training pads, cat litter, waste bags and toys. Ground- and first-floor units have balconies opening onto small yards.
Leashed pets may go in the lobby, the outdoor grounds, the beach area and the restaurants at lunch and dinner. They are not allowed in the pools, the PlayPlay kids' area or the restaurants at breakfast. A leash-free dog park is about a minute's walk away, and there are leash-free trails around the lagoon.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Cassia Phuket is an apartment-style resort run by the Banyan Group inside the Laguna Phuket complex. It combines hotel service with the independence of a serviced residence and is one of the best-known pet-friendly stays on the island.
Accommodation consists of one- and two-bedroom suites and mezzanine lofts with bright pop-art interiors. Each has a living room, a private balcony facing the lagoon or a pool, and a kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, fridge and cookware.
Facilities include three outdoor pools, a 24-hour gym and social co-working spaces. Vista Gastro-Pub and Market 23 offer casual meals and grab-and-go food, and a free lagoon ferry takes guests across the water to the beach and other Laguna facilities.
The resort lies in the secure, landscaped Laguna Phuket development, with linked freshwater lagoons, golf greens, walking tracks and beach clubs. Shops and the beach are within walking distance.

From Phuket International Airport it is about 12–21 km, a drive of 25–35 minutes depending on traffic. By car, head south on Route 402 (Thepkrasattri Road), turn right onto Route 4025/4030 (Srisoonthorn Road) towards Cherngtalay, and follow the signs to the Laguna Phuket entrance.
Taxis, Grab and Bolt are available from the airport and across Phuket; set the destination to Cassia Phuket, Laguna Phuket. The resort can arrange private airport transfers on request. Free on-site parking is available next to the residence wings.
