The whole compound is gated, with an enclosed, fenced garden and a terrace around the pool, giving pets a safe outdoor space. With prior notice to the host, pets may use the common areas and designated bedrooms.

Description

Eden Villa is a large private pool villa rented as a holiday home, with a gated entrance and its own enclosed tropical garden. It has five bedrooms and sleeps up to ten guests.

Each bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, a smart satellite TV, a DVD player and an en-suite bathroom, and looks onto or opens to the pool terrace. The open-plan living room has an entertainment and sound system, and there is an indoor dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Outside are a private swimming pool with a built-in jacuzzi, sun loungers and barbecue facilities. Daily housekeeping is included, a private chef can be hired, and car and scooter rental and airport transfers can be arranged. Electricity is usually metered and billed separately.

Soi Pasak 8 is a quiet, upmarket residential area of private villas in Cherngtalay, a short drive from the shops, cafés and restaurants around Laguna Phuket.

Famous landmarks nearby:

St Joseph's Catholic Church (about 600 m): a local church.
Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket (about 2–3 km): open-air dining, shopping and supermarkets.
Laguna Golf Phuket (about 2.7 km): a golf course.
Bang Tao Beach (about 3 km): a long sandy beach, about 5 minutes by car.
Blue Tree Phuket (about 3–5 km): a water park and entertainment complex.
Surin Beach and Layan Beach (about 10 minutes by car): two quieter beaches.

Getting there

The villa is at 48/181 Moo 4, Soi Pasak 8, Cherngtalay, Thalang, Phuket.

From Phuket International Airport, about 14–16 km to the north, the drive takes 20–25 minutes. Head south on Route 402/4031 towards Thalang, then west on Route 4030/4025 (Baan Don–Cherngtalay Road) towards Laguna and Bang Tao, and turn into Soi Pasak 8. Follow the lane to number 48/181.

The villa can arrange airport pick-up on request. Free parking is inside the gated compound.
